Hellos to whoever writes the blog/news letter. Very nice work. It would be of interest to know who the author is. I must have missed it. Many residents of La Conchita, especially those who use the beach with mobility impairments and are not dog owners, as well as those with who walk the beach with small dogs on leash, would like to know more details about LCCO's position, as stated in the last paragraph of the news letter, that there are appropriate times to violate the county leash law. Clarification may help delay the strict enforcement of leash law buy Ventura County Animal Services.
